2. Pop Icon, how does your cold call coaching service work?
We offer personalized one-on-one cold call coaching services over the telephone. Our services are purchased in one-hour increments. The first hour is $89 and each addition hour is only $79. So for example, if you wanted to purchase three hours of coaching then all you need to do is first submit your payment (click on the BUY NOW button) for $89 and then after you submit your online payment go back to our Cold Call Coaching Web Page and then submit your payment for $79. After you click on the BUY NOW button enter in the number "2" in the box (for 2 hours or enter the number of hours that you choose) and continue with your online payment.
3. What happens if I want to space my cold call coaching calls?
Your time doesn't expire. If you buy 5 hours of coaching you can use them once a month or whenever you want. We work out a time that works well for you. We also encourage you to space out each hour purchased to maximize your sales success. We believe that each hour purchased builds on every training session.
4. Will I be receiving coaching sessions from Pop Icon directly or a member of his staff?
Your personalized coaching sessions are with Pop Icon Mr. Cold Call™ only.
5. Let's say we do a cold call coaching session and I'm not happy?
We've never had that problem. However, if you did then we would schedule another FREE of charge call with you for one hour and make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Or, you may receive a credit towards any Pop Icon Mr. Cold Call™ product and/or service.
6. I just submitted my online payment so what now?
After
you submit your payment please send an email with your contact
information (along with a short list of topics that you'd like to
discuss--see question #7 for a list of sample topics) to coaching@mrcoldcall.com
and in the email subject line write: "Arrange
time." Pop Icon Mr. Cold Call™ will contact you either via email and/or
phone within 72 hours to set up a cold call coaching session. Once again,
your cold call coaching session is one-on-one and only one person may
join the call (in certain situations upon request we do allow more, however, this must be arranged prior to your online payment. You may reach us by telephone at

8. Can you give me one to three examples of what a one hour session might include?
Sure. In our last one hour coaching session, our client was having a difficult time creating enough interest to get an in-person sales meeting with their prospect. Other one hour calls included topics from putting together call centers to strategically finding and locating the best sales leads.

How do I know if you can give me advice on my industry?
Mr.
Cold Call can handle any industry that you are in and that's a 100%
guarantee! It's important to note that Pop Icon makes it a rule of thumb to review your company's website, industry and competition prior to each coaching session. Also, upon request, Mr. Cold Call may request additional marketing material from your company such as company brochures, testimonials or sales proposals.
10. I'm a sales manager, may I hire Mr. Cold Call for
one hour for my team?
This service is designed to train one person at a time. However, we will make exceptions and if you would like more than one person to join the coaching session then all you need to do is contact us prior to submitting your online payment at

11. When are coaching sessions given?
Coaching sessions done in the evenings from Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. E.S.T. Weekend hours are available anytime from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. E.S.T. on Sundays.
12. I'd like to have Mr. Cold Call review my current call script to see what suggestions he might have for me, is this something he does?
Sure, a review of your sales script is not a problem. All that we request is for you to send your script to us prior to the coaching session. After you submit your online payment please email your sales script to coaching@mrcoldcall.com
13. What happens if I miss my coaching call? Am I out of luck?
Absolutely not. The call will just be rescheduled.
14. What happens if the cold call coaching session goes over one hour? Let's say it lasts one hour and 15 minutes?
Then that's a bonus! You only pay for one hour and the additional 15 minutes are at no charge.
15. Will I get charged from my telephone company for our one hour coaching session? Or, how does that work?
Our coaching sessions are conducted on a conference call. After you submit your secure online payment, we then give you a FREE 1-800 number to dial along with a password.
16. Who do you use to process your online credit card transactions?
Online payments are processed by Paypal our secure payment provider. Paypal uses SSL technology to guarantee a safe and secure shopping environment. No need to register if you do not have
a PayPal account.
